1) Shipping
All orders for our products are processed and shipped out in 3 - 5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
2) Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the customers to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
3) Undeliverable Orders
Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable because of incorrect shipping information are subject to a restocking fee to be determined by us.
4) Lost/Stolen / Damage Packages
Life with colours is not responsible for lost / stolen or damage packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report to the local authorities.
5) Return Request Days
Life with colours allows you to return its item (s) within a period of 14 days. Kindly be advised that the item (s) should be returned unopened and unused.
6) Out Of Stock Item Process
Life with colours has the following options in the event there are items which are out of stock. Life with colours Wait for all items to be in stock before dispatching.

When dealing with Life with colours you have the following options when it comes to taxes as well as import duties: You have the option of pre-paying whereby Life with colours will include the amount in the price of the order.

Orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or international speed post only.
International Buyers (other than India) are requested to send us a mail for their requirement. We will inform exact amount payable by you including actual shipping charges.
All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If an item is no longer in stock, due to a previous sale, the customer will be notified as soon as possible by email. If we do not supply the goods for any reason, we will not charge you for these and we will refund any money already paid for them. (Usually within 48 hours). We will not be responsible for compensating you or any third party for any other losses suffered if we do not supply the goods.
