WHAT IS REIKI LEVEL 1?

Life With Colours presents Level 1 as the Basic Level. The course begins with the Level 1 attunement and then takes students through the foundations and practical basics of Reiki.

The curriculum moves from understanding Reiki, its history and lineage into practical learning: preparing the hands, self-treatment, treatment of others, affirmations, aura and chakra awareness, grounding, protection and Reiki chakra meditation.
